All of my online collections are posted to the online naturalist community called Project Noah. This is an excellent site that provides a specimen documentation format that is easy to use, and easy to share.  With most of my collections, I try to give  thorough macro and microscopic  photos and descriptions of distinctive  traits of each specimen.
